What's Going On : 6th Annual Cupcake Affair with a Kenyan Flair

SOTENI International, a Cincinnati-based non-profit that works in rural Kenya to reduce the incidence of
HIV/AIDS and improve the lives of those affected by the disease, is hosting their 6th Annual “A Cupcake Affair
with a Kenyan Flair” on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 7:00 to 10:00 PM at the Peterloon Estate in Indian Hill.
Event sponsored by Felton Willis, LLC and Zimmerman & Company CPAs, Queen City Hospice, Queen City
Homecare, McGoff Construction.
There will be –
- Guest Speaker: Ms. Alison Tummon Kamphuis, P&G Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program Leader. SOTENI
will also be announcing our latest milestone in partnership with CSDW in providing clean water,
- Kenyan music performed live by: African Folklore Ensemble,
- Kenyan inspired food provided by: Cuisine East West,
- A silent auction featuring goods and services from Cincinnati to Kenya,
- Cupcake delights intertwined throughout the evening,
- Mr. Terry Dickey will be our MC for the evening.
Proceeds from the event will benefit SOTENI International’s efforts to work side-by-side with international and
Kenyan partners to design and carry out positive change for those affected by HIV/AIDS in rural Kenya.
