Since 1989, over 303 students have completed a program that has empowered, given back to the
community in service, and awarded over $325,000 in scholarships.  Curious?

The Cincinnati Queen City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in conjunction
with One Hundred Black Men of Greater Cincinnati, is recruiting participants from across Greater
Cincinnati for the 25th Annual Beautillion Militaire, a seven month empowerment program
promoting educational and personal development of African-American, high school junior or
senior males.  Participants (a.k.a. ‘Beaux’) learn important life skills to prepare them as they
embark on their next step into manhood - graduation from high school and preparing for life.
