Hear the poetry of Maya Angelou in a whole new way!

One City, One Symphony is the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra’s community-wide initiative that
brings us together through music. This year, explore the theme of freedom as we commemorate
the 150th anniversary of the 13th Amendment and celebrate the legacy of CSO creative
collaborator, the late Dr. Maya Angelou.

Golden Globe Award-winning actress Regina Taylor will narrate poems of Dr. Maya Angelou in a
newly-commissioned orchestral work during performances NOV 13-14 at Music Hall.  Tickets on
11/13 just $5.  On 11/14, tickets are pay what you can.
