The PNC Festival of Lights is back for its 33rd year at the Cincinnati Zoo! Each year the event
organizers add more to make it special.  More lights, different themed areas, and entertainment
for the whole family.

The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden will once again be transformed into a “Wild Wonderland”
for the 33rd annual PNC Festival of Lights! In addition to admiring the beauty of more than 2-
million LED lights, visitors can watch a Madcap black-light puppet show, visit with Santa, ride the
Toyland Express, search for fairies in Fairyland, watch the spectacular Wild Lights show on Swan
Lake, or snack at one of two S’mores-n-More stands.

What’s new this year? Enjoy an enhanced Wild Lights Show on Swan Lake with new lights,
colors, 25-ft tree, floating spheres and music! Sure to be a family favorite, the new Frozen
Wonderland themed area is where you can meet everyone’s favorite Royal Sisters! Gingerbread
Village is back and better than ever. Peer through the windows to find the mouse hiding in each
of the gingerbread houses.

A breathtaking, 35-foot-tall tree blanketed with more than 20,000 LED lights towers over guests
as they enter the Zoo’s Historic Vine Street Village. Board the Toyland Express to take in all the
sights and lights around the Zoo and visit Santa through December 23rd, when he flies back to
the North Pole.  Costumed characters are always strolling through the park, ready for pictures
and fun with guests of all ages.
